Owner Peter Skrivanos, better known as Papi, is known for his warm hospitality and great sense of fun. So, we thought we'd share with you some of the fun you're sure to experience at the Pickled Greek,
as well as a few more fun facts so that you are completely prepared for the experience!
- Papi is a self-proclaimed Southern Greek Cruzan. He hails
from Arkansas with Greek roots and is certainly Crucian at heart.
- Papi's favorite saying is:
"We're all here because we're not all there"
- Papi's favorite dishes are Pastitsio and the Tyropita appetizer.
- His favorite spot on St Croix (other than the Greek of course!) is the The Domino Club - if you go, tell Norma that Papi said "Safe!"
